Silo is a restaurant we originally developed for the Cafe Gan Sipur Group, a partnership we have supported for over a decade. At its core lies a concept that takes an Italian menu and expands it across the breadth of the Mediterranean—what we like to call “Medi-Italiano.”
Over the years, Silo has grown into a true culinary institution, cultivating a loyal following that recently moved with it to its new home—just 10 meters from its original location.
